We'd anticipate an uptake of around 30% of your workforce in the first year; however, if your budget doesn't quite stretch that far, it's no problem at all! We simply support you to market VP GO with a 'places are limited, so be quick' message which means everyone is given the same fair chance to take part of it; that way, their expectations are managed so they are not disappointed. We then, behind the scenes put a cap on the number of available places in line with your budget.
